Our 1st Wedding Anniversary, at Lauremar Beach Resort

It has been one year, one glorious year since Marissa and I wed. I could not have chosen a better bride, a better wife, a better mother of my yet unborn child(ren).

Being “in love” is something that scientists have shown lasts for at most two to three years. Being “in love” is more a chemical or pheromone reaction of the mind. With Marissa I do not have to worry about being in love with her, because the under-laying love is through and through.

I have heard it said, and while it’s “men talk”, it rings true; that a man can be married to the most beautiful woman in the world, but after six months, she’s “old pussy”, or “show me a beautiful woman and I’ll show you a man who is tired of having sex with her”.

While I recognize that I am still glazed over with being in love with Marissa, having met her just after she graduated college in March 2005, and that I can expect the overwhelming “in love” syndrome will likely pass in the next year, I know that I am married to the one woman who I will stay married to, and who I will love and care for, for the rest of my life.

While Marissa is one beautiful woman physically, she has big boobs and a bubble butt, a “Coca-Cola bottle” shaped body, her beauty is really manifested inside. She is one fine darling to look at, but her eyes tell a totally different story: she may look like a playgirl, but she is not. She might be a “Ten”, but she is dedicated to only one man. I am lucky to be that man, to be loved by a true Filipino beauty. Marissa, I love you.
