Cagayan de Oro’s annual Fiesta is on August 28th each year. This was my third fiesta in Cagayan de Oro, and I took lots of photos. Some good, some not so good, but all posted here. Saint Augustine Fiesta Parade Photo-Gallery.

[…] No funds for the project were released until Congressman Rufus Rodriguez sought immediate release of the funds, which just happened last week. The project, now funded is already underway.
