We have a commercial lot for sale near Divisoria that costs affordably. It's in Capistrano St. Presently, D' Brides Wedding Gallery is renting it downstairs while my parents are living on the 2nd Floor. My father is getting old and doesn't like anymore the noise of city streets as this location is right on the busy site. Fronting it is RFC (Radiowealth Finance Corp.)
